We design our rental tours around your needs and nothing more. We never take commission from landlords, agents, or leasing companies, so our only interest is to represent you - the tenant.

Lisa McCarrel founded Move Bay Area to provide relocation services with unparalleled support and personal attention to professionals, families, and students moving to the Bay Area. She brings years of relocation experience, Bay Area rental expertise and a "can-do" attitude to each client's situation. Over the years, Lisa has developed invaluable relationships with real estate companies, property managers, and rental companies to connect clients to the best properties in the Bay Area.

San Francisco native Nicole Best Varela has a very personal relationship with the real estate that spans across the city she was born to love. Growing up with a father who remodeled homes across the Bay Area, she developed a deep-rooted appreciation for the beauty and diversity of the city’s distinct architectural terrain and has enthusiastically channeled her passion into a thriving real estate career with a genuine desire to help her clients.
